Temporary Solutions

Our Recruitment Specialists excel in finding immediate solutions when you need extra "hands on deck" due to seasonal pressures, absenteeism or for special projects.

This allows you to have flexibility in your work force, in response to ever-changing business & economic needs without downtime or added stress to your existing team.

We supply you with qualified and skilled staff without your business being required to enter into any employment relationship with individuals.

Whether your need is short term, long term, part time, full time or in a specialist area, we can supply you with a temporary team member at short notice.

Our experienced Recruitment Specialists take the time to listen and understand what you are looking for so we can supply you with the best quality temporary available within your time frames. Many people are unsure exactly what they want, so it's our job to listen to your needs and strive to find solutions for you.

So... we've found the perfect person to fill your needs... what happens now...?

We contact you and our temporary on their first day and then keep in contact on a regular basis during the assignment. This ensures a smooth transition into your team and that expectations and productivity are being achieved.

We then simply invoice you on a weekly basis and manage all the employment-associated administration on your behalf (i.e. wages, ACC premiums, Kiwisaver, employment relationship, etc).
