His background spans end-to-end recruitment, account management, people leadership and business development, giving him strong insight into the full 360-degree recruitment.

He enjoys working alongside Manawatu organisations, where the diversity of industries makes every recruitment interesting.

Matt takes pride in helping businesses achieve their growth strategies while contributing to making the regions a better place through delivering tailored talent solutions.

Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his kids in their arts and sports pursuits.  On weekends, you’ll often find him enjoying a round at Manawatu Golf Club.
