The results from our 2025 annual satisfaction survey are in, and we are delighted to share our outstanding satisfaction score for our recruitment services.
This result is determined by the Net Promoter Score, a simple but powerful measure of satisfaction and loyalty. It’s based on one key question:
“How likely are you to recommend our business/product/service to others?”
Respondents rate this on a scale of 0–10:
- Promoters (9–10): loyal supporters who actively recommend your business.
- Passives (7–8): satisfied but less enthusiastic.
- Detractors (0–6): those less likely to recommend.
The NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters.
Any score above 0 is considered good because it indicates the business has more promoters than detractors. Scores above +50 are considered excellent.
