RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Greet and assist customers with bathroom product selections
• Provide expert advice and tailored design solutions
• Prepare quotes, follow up with customers, and close sales
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous sales experience, ideally in retail or showroom environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident in advising clients on colours, styles, and design solutions
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs
• Organised, proactive, and able to follow up on quotes and leads
