Based in Kelvin Grove, Palmerston North, Redback Global are looking for a confident, results-driven Internal Sales Consultant to convert inbound internet leads from New Zealand and Australia into sales and improve overall close rates.

This is a closing role - not lead generation. You'll work with warm enquiries, build trust quickly, handle objections confidently, and move prospects toward a decision.

We're looking for someone commercially minded, proactive and self-motivated, who thrives on results and takes real ownership of their pipeline and performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage inbound sales enquiries from NZ and AU customers, qualifying needs and presenting solution-focused recommendations
• Build trust quickly, confidently handle objections, and close sales opportunities
• Develop and manage a strong follow-up pipeline to maximise conversions and future opportunities
• Deliver a professional customer experience from enquiry through to sale
• Track performance, take ownership of results, and continually improve close rates
