Redback Global are looking for a driven sales professional to join their in-house team. Based in Kelvin Grove, Palmerston North, you'll connect with New Zealand and Australian customers daily, building relationships, understanding needs, and closing smart, well-timed sales.

This is not about hard-selling. It's about asking the right questions, uncovering barriers, and knowing when, and how to re-engage.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing phone-based sales conversations with NZ and AU customers
• Identifying opportunities and confidently closing deals
• Digging deeper when a customer isn't ready - understanding the "why"
• Building a strong follow-up pipeline and converting future opportunities
• Delivering a professional, solutions-focused customer experience

• Proven direct sales experience (phone-based ideal)
• Commercial mindset with a genuine hunger to win
• Strong questioning and listening skills
• Ability to balance persistence with professionalism
• Self-motivated and disciplined
