Manawatu BMW is looking for a detail driven Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis of approximately 25 hours per week, worked flexibly across four or five days. Reporting to the Dealership Manager, you will support the sales team by preparing sales and finance documentation, liaising with finance providers, assisting customers with finance applications, producing key business reports, and ensuring accurate record keeping. Experience with vehicle finance applications or customer lending processes would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers with vehicle finance applications and related documentation
• Liaise with finance companies to process and track applications
• Prepare offer and sales agreements for the sales team
• Produce accurate and timely business and sales reports
• Work with numerical data, analysis, reconciliation, and tracking
• Manage and maintain administrative records and filing
• Support the team with general dealership administration
• Ensure all documentation meets BMW standards and processes

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with vehicle finance applications, lending documentation, or customer finance administration would be highly regarded
• Automotive industry experience is advantageous but not essential
• Strong numerical ability and confidence working with data
• Microsoft Excel skills, essential for this role
• High accuracy and attention to detail in all you do
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A professional, reliable, and proactive work style
