As the Parts Advisor, you will be the go-to specialist supporting the workshop and retail customers with genuine BMW parts and accessories. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will manage parts ordering, inventory, and client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently daily
• Assist workshop technicians with parts identification & sourcing
• Manage parts inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
• Deliver outstanding service to customers
• Learn and promote BMW tech features

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts & accessories
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised, detail focused with solid computer literacy
• Enthusiasm for BMW technology and connected car features
• A team player who thrives in a fast paced environment
