Dovetail Solutions is a 100% family-owned, values-first company seeking an Operations Assistant Picker & Packer to join their small but impactful team.

This is an immediate start temporary full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch. For the right person this could lead to a permanent opportunity.

The Role

You'll help ensure customers receive the right products, accurately packed and dispatched on time.

• Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately
• Building product kits to documented standards
• Receiving stock, stocking shelves and maintaining an organised warehouse
• Working confidently with SKUs, quantities and product codes
• Checking orders and maintaining clean, clearly labelled work areas
• Answering overflow calls and directing customer enquiries
• Identifying waste and improving processes
• Following and developing standard procedures
• Assisting across the business as required

As a small team, Dovetail Solutions share the workload and do what's needed to look after their customers.

You'll suit this role if you are:

• Detail-oriented and accurate with products, quantities and codes.
• Process-driven, organised and reliable
• Comfortable with numbers, SKUs and order information.
• Fit and able as you will be required to lift up to 25kg
• Improvement-focused, always looking for simpler or better ways to work
• A genuine team player who is willing to help wherever needed
• Accountable, dependable and positive about change
