As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll take ownership of Japac Homes digital presence, leading the design, execution, and optimisation of campaigns, including photography and videography.

You'll be the go-to person for brand cohesiveness, using initiative to troubleshoot, adapt, and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role blends creativity, technical expertise, and website optimisation to deliver consistent, high-quality brand outcomes.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Create, manage, and analyse social media content and digital campaigns
• Maintain and optimise a fresh, high-performing website
• Capture project photography and engaging video content
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and visual touchpoints
• Troubleshoot digital, website, and content issues using your own initiative
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and materials

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant marketing experience essential, Marketing degree is preferred but not essential
• Strong digital skills including creative content creation, SEO, and social media management
• Confident using website platforms and design tools
• Proactive, solution-focused, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Confident with photography, video, and visual storytelling
