Marketing Project Lead

Due to an internal promotion, CEDA is seeking an experienced marketer to join the team as Marketing Project Lead.
You will work across a broad range of marketing projects, deliver campaigns, build relationships, create content, and help tell the story of Palmerston North and Manawatū to audiences locally, nationally, and beyond. No two days are the same, with work spanning sectors, projects, and priorities that evolve as opportunities emerge. From leading a national talent attraction campaign to developing tools and resources that help businesses connect with opportunities, supporting investment attraction initiatives, or promoting major regional projects, this role offers plenty of variety.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead marketing campaigns that promote Palmerston North and Manawatū
- Develop and evaluate multi-channel marketing activity
- Manage projects from planning through to reporting
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Support CEDA programmes, initiatives, and events
- Develop marketing content and collateral
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years' experience in marketing or communications
- Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns
- Strong digital marketing and content skills
- Confident stakeholder and relationship management
- Strong organisation and project coordination skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred
