RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and schedule social media content
  • Update internal documents and intranet pages
  • Create and send email communications
  • Assist with basic design and formatting of documents and content
  • Review and edit written content with a focus on clear, plain language
  • Monitor and report on social media and website performance
  • Manage and respond to enquiries via a shared inbox
  • Support general communications and marketing activities as needed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in communications, marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good eye for detail and ability to present content clearly
  • Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Confident across general digital and office systems
