RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet with and support families throughout the funeral process
• Carry out embalming and preparation of the deceased
• Carefully transfer deceased into the care of the funeral home
• Manage bookings, schedules and funeral arrangements with care
• Liaise with families, suppliers and other stakeholders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience is preferred, but the right attitude is just as important
• A role where professionalism, empathy and people skills matter
• Physically fit and comfortable with the practical aspects of the role
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A high level of personal and professional integrity
• A full, clean drivers licence
