Just Looking is seeking a Fashion Sales Consultant to join their Palmerston North team, working Wednesday to Saturday with extra hours available - the role is a minimum of 29 hours per week.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play an important part in delivering exceptional service, building lasting customer relationships and contributing to the store's sales performance and day to day success.

This is a hands-on retail role where you will confidently engage with customers, understand their individual needs and provide knowledgeable fashion and styling advice. You will also help maintain the high standards of presentation and service customers expect from Just Looking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service
• Provide confident fashion, product and styling advice
• Build genuine customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Contribute to sales targets through proactive customer engagement
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising
• Assist with stock, transactions and general store operation

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous retail, sales or customer service experience
• A genuine passion for fashion, styling and helping customers
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• A natural sales focus with a professional, customer-first approach
• Reliable, organised and comfortable using initiative
• A positive team player with high standards of presentation
