Redback is looking for a talented Digital Media Marketing Assistant to help bring their brands to life across websites, digital advertising and social platforms.

Working alongside Redbacks Marketing Manager, you'll create engaging visual content, edit video and photography, manage digital assets and maintain their brand and eCommerce websites. This is a hands-on role where your creativity, eye for design and technical skills will make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Edit and optimise photos and videos for websites, landing pages, digital advertising and social media.
• Curate and repurpose the strongest moments from raw video, photography and user-generated content to create engaging visual stories.
• Produce long and short-form video content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Adapt creative assets to suit platform specifications for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Meta Ads and websites.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality media for digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Maintain and update WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
• Organise, manage and optimise digital media libraries and marketing assets.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows and assist with media creation.

Must-Haves

To succeed in this role you'll have:

• Strong experience editing video and photography using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience producing engaging long and short-form video content.
• An eye for design, composition and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of file formats, image optimisation and compression for websites, digital advertising and social platforms.
• Experience working with Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
• Confident in managing WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
• A willingness to embrace AI tools and automation to improve workflows.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

  

Desirable Experience

• HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
• SEO and digital marketing support.
• Experience working within eCommerce environments.
• Photography or videography experience.
