UCOL is seeking a talented Communications Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is all about uncovering and sharing the inspiring stories from their learners, graduates, staff, and communities through engaging newsletters, news articles, profiles, and other communications

Reporting to the Executive Director, Partnerships & Engagement, you'll work across the organisation to identify great news stories, build relationships with staff and students, and create content that celebrates achievement and showcases the positive impact of vocational education.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce engaging content for UCOL's student newsletter
• Write student, graduate, and staff success stories
• Develop articles, profiles, and feature content
• Identify and capture positive stories across UCOL campuses
• Build relationships with students and staff to source content

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Ability to engage a variety of audiences through compelling content
• Experience creating newsletters, articles, or feature stories
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability
