Temporary Café Manager - 6 Week Assignment
📍 Rural location - own reliable transport required

We're on the lookout for an experienced Café Manager to step into a temporary role at The Herb Farm, starting ASAP. This is a hands-on position where you'll lead from the front and keep things running smoothly during a busy period.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day café operations
• Leading and supporting the front-of-house team
• Ensuring excellent customer service and smooth service flow
• Stepping in where needed - this is a true all-rounder role
  

What we're looking for:

• Current General Manager's Certificate (essential)
• Availability to work both weekend days
• Flexibility to work additional weekday shifts and fill in when required
• Strong leadership skills and a calm, practical approach
• Reliable vehicle - this is an out-of-town location

This is a temporary position for approximately 6 weeks, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and enjoys a beautiful rural working environment.
