In this onsite role, working 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday at Property Brokers Cambridge, you will support the Branch Manager and sales team by managing administration, creating marketing materials, maintaining branch presentation, and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll coordinate advertising, process agreements, support events, and liaise across departments for smooth operations. Your contribution will elevate an already successful and growing team, helping drive efficiency, professionalism, and client satisfaction across the branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative and reception support, including data entry, documentation and reporting
  • Prepare and coordinate marketing material, advertising and social media updates
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, salespeople and internal teams
  • Manage branch operations, including invoicing, petty cash, stock supplies and presentation standards
  • Support events, meetings, training and general branch coordination as required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Strong administrative experience and organisation skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, events, and deadlines efficiently
  • Calm, mature, and professional approach to supporting managers and sales staff
  • Proficient with Office 365, experience with Property Suite an advantage
  • Professional presentation and a commitment to maintaining branch standards
