RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage inbound phone calls and email enquiries
  • Follow up on quotes to support the sales process
  • Assist with preparing and generating quotes
  • Coordinate schedules and manage calendars
  • Maintain accurate records and support general administrative tasks

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales support
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Good attention to detail and time management
  • Competent using standard office systems
