RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage inbound phone calls and email enquiries
- Follow up on quotes to support the sales process
- Assist with preparing and generating quotes
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendars
- Maintain accurate records and support general administrative tasks
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales support
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Competent using standard office systems
