You'll provide support across reception, data entry, accounts payable and general office administration while working closely with a supportive team. Strong Excel skills are essential, as much of the role involves working with spreadsheets and maintaining accurate information. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using computer systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Great communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A reliable, punctual and dependable work ethic
  • A team-focused approach with a willingness to help where needed
