Website Coordinator

Are you digitally savvy with an eye for detail? We are looking for a Website Coordinator to join a busy team, supporting online content delivery and ensuring websites remain up to date, accurate, and engaging. This is a 3-month temporary (onsite) position working 40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Responding to email enquiries and providing timely and professional support.
- Coordinating and completing website content updates including product page builds.
- Supporting internal teams with website updates and requests.
- Uploading terms and conditions and press releases to the website.
- Resizing and optimising images using Photoshop.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and a good understanding of website processes.
- Skills in Photoshop (or similar) for basic image editing.
- Clear written communication and a customer-focused approach.
- A proactive team player who can prioritise tasks and adapt in a fast paced environment.
