We are supporting our Client to source an experienced Travel Consultant, to help relieve the pressure in this busy office, for approximately 3 months.
 

We are expecting that the role will utilise someone for 12-18 hours per week. In our mind, that would look like Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 2:30pm. However, for the right person this could be discussed. 

The role will be about supporting the team with overflow - taking enquiry calls and emails, answering questions, producing quotes and following up. It will only suit someone who has rocked this role before, as you will need to be able to get up to speed quickly. The system they use is Sarbe, so experience with this would be preferential, though if you've used Amadeus, then this is closely similar and beneficial.

 If you have relevant experience and are a positive, proactive person who engages well with people from all walks of life and easily build rapport, then this could be a fit for you.
