In this Palmerston North-based role, you'll join Property Brokers as their Training and Development Facilitator, where you will design and deliver training which equips people with the tools, confidence, and skills to thrive. Working closely with the Training & Development Manager, you'll help bring training content to life - inspiring real growth and making a difference across their nationwide team.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Facilitate engaging, interactive, results-driven training programs for salespeople and administrators
- Support the design and delivery of professional development programs
- Adapt training delivery to different communication styles, learning needs, and groups (from small sessions to larger groups of up to 60 people)
- Collaborate with leaders to assess development needs and tailor learning solutions
- Champion fresh ideas and drive innovation in training and professional development
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in training, facilitation, coaching, or related roles
- Confident communicator and presenter - able to inspire and engage audiences both in-person and virtually
- Able to adapt and work effectively with diverse people and learning styles
- Passion for helping people grow and achieve their potential
- Creative problem-solver with a pragmatic approach to training and development
