ABOUT THE ROLE
Be the calm, steady presence at the heart of our tow operations. As our Tow Operations Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and a key touch point for our team -managing daily dispatch, scheduling, and enquiries with empathy, confidence, and clarity.
You'll work closely with the Office Manager and team to ensure every job is handled smoothly, professionally, with care and speed. This role suits someone who brings warmth to customer interactions, stays composed under pressure, and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 7.30am-4.30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate daily tow dispatch and job scheduling
- Allocate work to drivers with fairness and efficiency
- Support customers in person, by phone and email
- Keep operations flowing smoothly during busy periods
- Use dispatch systems and admin tools with accuracy and care
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong customer service skills with warmth, empathy and professionalism
- Confidence making decisions and guiding conversations under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Solid computer and administrative skills
- Basic vehicle or mechanical knowledge is helpful, but not essential
Training will be provided on our systems and processes
