Join the dynamic team at Randall & Associates Ltd, where you'll step into a newly required role supporting a team of 9 Engineers in their administrative obligations, alongside your 3 other office colleagues. It may sound simple - but it takes a wizz to do it well!

They tackle everything from Heavy Vehicle Certification to Mechanical Plant & Equipment Design, and pride themselves on delivering excellence in every project.

In this compliance heavy environment, the administrative team play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations. You will be the bridge between the technical work, client management/ organisation and the meticulous, auditable records - maintaining their stellar reputation for precision and quality.

Your duties will vary, but include; preparation of certification documents, checking compliance, PA style support to Engineers, transferring verbal (dictaphone) or written notes to formal documentation, booking jobs with clients, raising jobs in the system and ensuring all detail is uploaded at each relevant stage.

What's required?

  • Administration experience and expertise - you will be liaising with clients both by phone and email. Your experience with general business communication is essential.
  • Strong systems/computer skills. You will navigate multiple systems and applications, and utilise dual screens.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • A people person with an upbeat attitude.
  • Full driver's licence.
