ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Service Advisor based in Feilding, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing service bookings and acting as the key liaison between clients, the workshop, and the sales team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring customers are well informed and know what to expect throughout their service experience.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 7.45 am to 5.15pm.
(42.5 hour week).

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

We're looking for a friendly and professional individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment while meeting deadlines.

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills.
• Confident using the MS Office suite and quick to pick up new systems.
• Experience with invoicing and cash sales would be an advantage.
• Team oriented, willing to assist with additional tasks.
• Full clean drivers licence.
