We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator for a 3 month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional with strong knowledge of the end to end recruitment process to join a busy team and make an immediate impact.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Manage the full recruitment process
  • Work closely with hiring managers
  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Maintain accurate candidate records
  • Deliver positive and professional candidate experience

 


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Advisor or Recruiter
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes
  • Ability to manager multiple vacancies efficiently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
