About the Role
Reporting to the Certification & QA Manager, this hands-on full time position leads the effectiveness and continual improvement of Pacific Helmets' Integrated Management System (IMS) across ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. You'll work closely with a small, tight-knit Quality team of three while collaborating across the wider company - from production and supply chain through to engineering and customer service.

What You'll Do
- Maintain and evolve the IMS document library - ensuring version control, structure, and compliance
- Lead internal audits, root cause analysis, and CAPA / SCAR processes
- Support and coach process owners on audit readiness and corrective actions
- Monitor system performance with KPI dashboards and management reviews
- Champion continual improvement and alignment with ISO standards
- Be a key support during external audits and certification activities
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years' experience working with ISO 9001 systems (ISO 14001 exposure a plus)
- Proven document control and quality assurance experience
- Internal or Lead Auditor qualification
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
- Ability to use initiative, share ideas and work collectively toward improvement
