Property Management Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE
Suited to someone interested in the real estate industry, or to learn about Tenancy Law, this position provides direct administration, accounts and customer support. Based on reception, alongside another administrator, you will be the face of the property management team, filtering and directing enquiries to the right team members.
Utilising specialised systems, you will support the property management team in general administration and accounts functions. This will include daily reconciliation of the account - allocating rental payments against tenancies and arranging payments to landlords.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a Customer Service role, Administration and Accounts
- Professional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Outstanding organisational ability - you thrive with juggling competing demands
- Accurate administration and process proficiency
- Experience in the industry is not a requirement, though solid transferable skills are what we are after
- Professional presentation and a positive, warm attitude
This is a full time, 40 hour week, 8:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday in Central Palmerston North.
This is a 'on site' position, not offering work from home as a regular schedule.
