RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage rent roll analysis, lease terms, ROI/IRR calculations, and scenario modelling for property investments
• Record and maintain property acquisitions, sales, and development project records, tracking against budgets
• Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and cashflow forecasts
• Preparation of tax returns - GST, RWT, FBT
• Maintain fixed asset registers
• Build and maintain financial models, BI reporting, and support systems integration

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven accounting experience, ideally with exposure to property accounting
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the capability to provide insights and recommendations
• Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up new systems and extract meaningful data (Netsuite, BI tools, Re-Leased experience preferred)
• Highly organised, accurate, and detail-focused while managing competing deadlines
• Resilient and agile, with a hands-on approach across both property and operational accounting
• Self-motivated and intuitive, with the confidence to work independently and within a team
