About the role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator
to join our client's project team on a 6 month full-time temporary assignment. This role offers a blend of project controls and contract support, ensuring smooth financial, administrative, and operational processes. Hybrid working arrangements are available, alongside a competitive hourly rate.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
Project Controls Support
- Manage monthly invoicing (4th-6th day of the month).
- Monitor and process project emails daily, with a focus on month-end.
- Prepare, send, and file invoice reminders, PDFs, and endorsement emails in SharePoint.
- Review invoices and support AIP certifying.
- Work closely with the Project Controls Lead to address invoice outliers.
- Assist with contract management by maintaining a monthly contract vs. actual register.
- Monitor and action requests via the project Hub.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for external users.
Contract Support
- Manage supplier set-up and associated forms.
- Collate due diligence documentation (COI forms, insurance certificates, etc.).
- Maintain and update project contract registers, including contract numbers, variations, and insurance renewals.
- Support the preparation of Decision Records (PDRs, CDRs, VDRs).
- Assist with actions relating to contract variations, new contracts, and queries.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a project coordination, finance support, or contract administration role.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Confident in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently while supporting wider project teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SharePoint and project systems an advantage.
