Office Manager

Crash Services is looking for a capable and detail driven Office Manager to join the team. This is a key role where you will oversee operational administration, manage staff across both of their sites and ensure their systems, reporting, and safety practices are running smoothly. From vehicle fleet management to staff coordination and compliance oversight, you will be involved in the engine room of the business.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Lead and support daily operations and manage staff across two sites
- Maintain accurate vehicle fleet records (RUCs, COFs, disposals, stocktakes)
- Produce regular reports for internal use and external partners like NZ Police
- Ensure all job files are complete and ready for invoicing
- Manage vehicle impounds, SOP development, and operational documentation
- Provide backup across admin and dispatch as needed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience managing people and overseeing daily operations
- A working knowledge of Health and Safety compliance (H&S qualification preferred)
- Health and Safety Level 5 qualification (preferred)
- Advanced user of MS365 including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Highly organised, process driven, and detail focused
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; calm under pressure
- Customer service background and confidence handling sensitive issues
