Office Administrator

We're looking for an Office Administrator to become the backbone of a busy professional office. From welcoming clients and managing reception to audio dictation, you'll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, structure and working with people, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Be the friendly face of the business, welcoming clients and visitors.
- Answer phones and manage enquiries.
- Prepare documents using audio dictation.
- Manage correspondence, filing and company registrations.
- Collate staff timesheets and maintain accurate records.
- Generate reports using Xero.
- Process monthly billing and assist with accounts administration.
- Assist with journal adjustments, cash ledger and trust reconciliations.
- Reconcile client surveys.
- Order office supplies and help keep the office running smoothly.

- You love working with people and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- You have administration, reception or customer service experience, or you're ready to take the next step in your career.
- You're confident using Microsoft Office and keen to learn new systems, including Xero.
- You have accurate typing skills and are comfortable with audio dictation.
- You take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
- You enjoy variety and can manage multiple priorities in a busy office.
