Who You Are & What You Bring

Whether you're currently a Service Manager, Foreman, or experienced Garage Mechanic, you're a proven factory floor leader who thrives in hands-on, high-energy environments and leads by example. You have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience managing teams, driving change, and improving performance through lean principles and data-driven decision-making.

You're skilled in KPI reporting, production planning, and using ERP systems to manage workflow. A clear communicator and cross-functional collaborator, you stay calm under pressure and solve problems with confidence. With a relevant qualification in manufacturing or industrial engineering, you bring strong planning and organisational skills, and a fair but firm leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and team success.

Ready to lead from the front and make a measurable impact? Apply now by uploading your up to date CV to join a forward-thinking team where your skills will shape the future of mechanical manufacturing.
