Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve current and new products, from concept through to manufacture.
  • Carry out mechanical/composite design, stress analysis, prototyping, and DFM.
  • Own projects end-to-end: design, test, and deliver to production.
  • Provide drawings, quotes, production oversight, and aftersales support.
  • Work with manufacturing to improve processes, drawings, SOPs, and QC.

About You

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (3+ years' design experience ideal).
  • Experience with Composite Materials.
  • Strong design skills with knowledge of materials, tolerances, and DFM.
  • CAD proficiency (experience with PDM/revision control a plus).
  • Analytical problem-solver, self-motivated, and adaptable.
  • Clear communicator, written and verbal.
