Design Engineer – Product Development

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve current and new products, from concept through to manufacture.
- Carry out mechanical/composite design, stress analysis, prototyping, and DFM.
- Own projects end-to-end: design, test, and deliver to production.
- Provide drawings, quotes, production oversight, and aftersales support.
- Work with manufacturing to improve processes, drawings, SOPs, and QC.
About You
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (3+ years’ design experience ideal).
- Experience with Composite Materials.
- Strong design skills with knowledge of materials, tolerances, and DFM.
- CAD proficiency (experience with PDM/revision control a plus).
- Analytical problem-solver, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- Clear communicator, written and verbal.
