Are you a proactive and process savvy marketing professional who thrives in a fast paced, campaign-focused environment? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a passionate and high performing team on a 3 month temporary contract.

This is a rare opportunity to gain experience with one of New Zealand's most recognisable and respected brands, supporting both campaign execution and business process improvement.

You'll play a key role in supporting the marketing team with the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are rolled out in line with established processes and timelines.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns in line with existing workflows
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery
• Support the team with BAU (business as usual) marketing activity
• Take detailed notes and observations to inform process improvements
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to brand standards

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A strong foundation in marketing coordination, ideally within an agency or with experience working closely with one
• Comfortable juggling multiple moving parts in a campaign-style environment
• Organised process minded and naturally think about how things can be done better
• Confident using marketing tools and platforms, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
• A strong communicator and team player, with a collaborative, can-do attitude
