HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with leaders, to understand the people factors in achieving their business goals and to implement new initiatives
- Provide coaching and advice on people practices to our leaders; including planning for change, building engagement and enabling team performance
- Support management practice and build leadership capability
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices, managing risk appropriately
Skills & Experience:
- HR generalist experience at an advisory or business partnership level
- Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practices
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management
