About the Role:
We're on the hunt for an Accounts Payable Assistant to support our client for approximately 6-8 weeks, possibly longer. This is a 40 hour per week opportunity working Monday to Friday with an hourly rate of $27. You'll be responsible for coding a large number of invoices and transactions accurately within tight deadlines, problem solving and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven High Volume Accounts Payable experience
  • Sharp eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills and be able to work well under time constraints and within supplier payment timelines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Confidence in using AP/ERP Software to bacth process, automate and reconcile quickly
