Financial Administrator - Property Management

We're looking a finance professional to join Property Brokers' award-winning team. In this busy, full-time role, you'll manage incoming rent and bond payments, reconcile trust accounts, process payments to owners and creditors, and support property managers with financial queries. Success in this role comes from accuracy, efficiency, following established processes, and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Process incoming payments, including rent, bonds, and fees
- Reconcile trust accounts and manage database accuracy
- Manage owner and creditor payments
- Process bond lodgement with Tenancy Services
- Support property managers with financial queries and tasks
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong attention to detail with high-level accuracy
- Efficient and confident managing high-volume tasks
- Follows processes precisely and uses initiative
- Finance/accounting experience with strong numerical ability
- Resilient, calm under pressure, and emotionally balanced
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with team members and property managers
This is a full-time, office-based position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), and it's essential you're available to work through to 5pm each day.
