We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager  to step in and keep things moving while we recruit for the permanent role. This is a hands on leadership opportunity where you'll lead the finance function, coach and support the team, and partner closely with the GM and senior managers.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead monthly and annual financial reporting
• Coach and develop the finance team
• Collaborate on budgets and strategy with senior leaders
• Manage GST, payroll tax, and other obligations across NZ & Australia
• Deliver cashflow forecasting and working capital improvements
• Drive process efficiency and performance initiatives

What you'll bring:

• CA/AT (preferred) with solid commercial accounting experience
• Proven leadership ability with a coaching mindset
• Strong technical accounting and systems expertise
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Continuous improvement mindset and resilience under pressure
