In this role, you will be at the forefront of event preparation and execution, from ground preparation and repair to event pack-in and pack-out, and overall maintenance planning and support.

This is a temporary role starting asap until the end of June 2025. The hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Prepare and maintain event grounds and facilities.
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Operate machinery such as mowers and tractors.
• Operate a forklift (licence preferred).
• Support contractors and suppliers on-site.
• Keep tools and storage areas tidy.
• Perform physically demanding outdoor work.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Hands-on experience in maintenance or groundskeeping.
• Confident operating machinery and power tools.
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
• Basic knowledge of building repairs and upkeep.
• Physically fit and able to do manual work.
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Good problem-solving and practical thinking.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic.
• Team player with good communication skills
