• Lead, support, and mentor 3 team leaders while motivating the wider production team.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.
• Drive efficiency and problem-solving using lean principles (PDCA, Kaizen, 6S).
• Keep production on track - aligning resources, hitting targets, and ensuring top quality.
• Monitor and report performance metrics that drive continuous improvement.
