We're on the lookout for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join a busy team on a 3 month contract, with the potential for extension. Starting on the 26 th of May 2025, the hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. The first month will be office-based, with the option to work from home two days per week after that. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with refund queries
  • Log and manage customer interactions in the system
  • Provide accurate information in a professional manner
  • Escalate issues when needed to the appropriate team
  • Support the wider team with general admin tasks

Skills and Experience

  • Previous call centre or phone based customer service experience
  • Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
