Customer Service Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join a dynamic Customer Dialogue Centre team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll be delivering exceptional support and ensuring positive interactions with customers!
This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, offering exceptional support and assistance across various communication platforms, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will play a crucial role in representing the voice the company and ensuring a positive customer experience.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, based on-site in the office, Monday - Friday in Palmerston North. Hours of work will fall between 8am - 5:30pm.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Manage and resolve customer cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes
- Responding to customer queries promptly and professionally across all platforms including phone, email, live chat and social media
- Working with key stakeholders across the country
- Managing customer complaints and escalated cases
This is not a traditional contact centre role, it is a case management position which will see you take ownership for your assigned cases, manage them from start to finish and investigate when needed.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Preferably experience in a customer service or case management role
- Resilience and the drive for customer excellence, handling complex situations and conversations confidently
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to actively listen, ask questions and make sound decisions in a case management contact centre environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive "can do" attitude and a customer centric approach with a passion for providing excellent customer service
