Company Personal Assistant

At Property Brokers, you'll contribute to the heart of the business, providing hands-on personal support to the Managing Director and Chairman. You'll manage complex diaries, oversee inboxes, solve problems proactively and keep Head Office humming. You'll work closely with senior leaders, suppliers, and stakeholders daily, and be trusted to get things done. This is an onsite 8.30am-5.00pm Monday-Friday role, with occasional overtime required.
As the ideal person, you bring discretion, sound judgement, and flexibility to everything you do. You find fulfilment in a clearly defined support role focused on execution, follow-through, and nailing the fundamentals. You value being a trusted constant rather than in the spotlight, and enjoy working with senior leaders with good humour and a down-to-earth approach.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and competing priorities
- Coordinate Executive and Senior Leadership meetings, including agendas, meeting packs, minute-taking, presentations, and action tracking
- Arrange domestic and international travel, events, and key company initiatives
- Prepare and distribute regular company communications
- Code and process invoices accurately
- Coordinate Head Office operations and facilities
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in a PA or senior support role
- Adaptable and comfortable working with a wide range of personalities
- Thick-skinned, resilient, and steady under pressure
- Practical, unflappable, and quick to problem solve
- Clear, confident communicator with strong written skills, comfortable solving issues directly over the phone
- Tech savvy with strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Takes pride in the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running
