RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Build strong relationships with customers, owner drivers and stakeholders
• Champion Health & Safety compliance and continuous improvement
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and performance outcomes
• Drive engagement, accountability and a positive team culture
• Own branch Profit and Loss, analysing financial performance to identify improvements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven leadership or management experience in operations or service roles
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to Health & Safety leadership
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Practical, people-focused and solutions-driven approach
