Branch Manager

New Zealand Couriers is seeking a people-focused Branch Manager to lead branch operations. This role is centred on strong relationship management, team leadership and a hands-on approach to Health & Safety. You'll build engagement, drive performance and lead a safe, positive workplace.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Build strong relationships with customers, owner drivers and stakeholders
- Champion Health & Safety compliance and continuous improvement
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and performance outcomes
- Drive engagement, accountability and a positive team culture
- Own branch Profit and Loss, analysing financial performance to identify improvements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven leadership or management experience in operations or service roles
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to Health & Safety leadership
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Practical, people-focused and solutions-driven approach
