Manawatu BMW is looking for a detail driven Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis of approximately 25 hours per week, worked flexibly across four or five days. Reporting to the dealership manager, you will be responsible for producing key business reports, handling numerical data with accuracy, and managing sales documentation including offer and sales agreements on behalf of the sales team. Full training will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce accurate and timely business and sales reports
  • Work with numerical data - analysis, reconciliation, tracking
  • Prepare offer and sales agreements for the sales team
  • Manage and maintain administrative records and filing
  • Support the team with general dealership administration
  • Ensure all documentation meets BMW standards and processes

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong numerical ability and confidence working with data
  • Microsoft Excel skills - essential for this role
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in all you do
  • Experience in an administrative or office based role
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A professional, reliable, and proactive work style
