This is an Administration Assistant opportunity, working in the Construction industry.
We are seeking someone to accurately input job details to create invoices, create quotes, and assist with process administration such as filling. Quotes and Invoices are pair reviewed before being sent to Clients - attention to detail will cut down on any double handling. Your ability to pick up new computer systems quickly will be a big help.
This is a newly created role to assist with the volume overflow for this team. We are working to establish what their ongoing need is, and it may be that over time the hours increase, or the role becomes more long term.
They will shut down for Christmas so you can be assured of a break over the festive season.
If you are available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 4 hours per day, between the hours of 7:30am, and 3:30pm, with some flexibility to increase that over time to perhaps 25 hours per week, please get in touch.
