Can Temporary Personnel add real value?

The short answer - YES!

Can Temporary Personnel add real value?

This year and last year, Palmerston North Personnel used our own services!

We sourced an experienced Recruitment Consultant who came in and added instant value to the team in some speciality areas.

Specifically high level reference checking, efficient applicant assessing and processing to facilitate shortlisting a very specific role. This included consulting with CEO's General Managers and similar referees. This required obtaining  feedback and high level insight to top level job applicants.

Naturally, Palmerston North Personnel are well connected on who to draw on for such industry specific work. We called Super Temp Naomi!

The reality is with a detailed understanding of the work required we had a temporary employee work as little as four days and delivered high quality outputs to ease the pressure during a higher than usual work flow period.

If your staff are under pressure for long periods they will not perform to their best! Temporary Personnel can be a low-cost means to ease pressure in your team.

The Simple Plug!

We have fantastic people available in a huge range of specialities ... Palmerston North Personnel help you get to those projects or jobs that have been too hard to deliver on.

Call our Temporary Solutions Team on 356 6091, they will be all too happy to consult with you and confirm how we can best help you through peak work flows - you can read more here

And - Thanks for your help Naomi.

    Does attitude trump experience?

Yes! Attitude is key to a successful placing, as opposed to simply matching an employee with the right skill set for the job.

Ask yourself; does the candidate possess the ability to learn? If the candidate is enthusiastic and intelligent they likely can be taught the required skills for the job, as opposed to a candidate with the required technical skill set but a less than enthusiastic attitude.
