I've just had a coffee with a local connection

Why Do We Do What We Do?

This was a refreshing coffee, the coffee was good but the conversation was better. This was a person we recruited a few years ago so it was a refreshing catch up.

It was refreshing for two reasons:

  1. We placed this professional lady and she really appreciates that we helped them make the move
  2. SHE LOVES HER JOB!

Here's why they love their job:

  • They are trusted to manage their own time
  • They are getting results
  • They work with like-minded professionals
  • They have variety
  • They have a manager who trusts them to get the job done but is there when they need them
  • They have access to personal development tools

This is why every one of our team do what we do - it is so refreshing to connect great people with great employers and hear how well it's connected!
