Tyremax is a leading nationwide wholesaler of tyres for all cars, SUV's, 4WDs, trucks, agricultural and commercial vehicles and have a great opportunity for a new team member to come on board.

We are looking for a proactive, fit and reliable Inwards/Outwards Warehouse Store person to join the existing team to handle all warehouse duties in this busy full-time position.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, and you will need to have a full clean drivers licence along with a forklift licence.

At Tyremax, your day will be busy from the start. Time Management is key with this critical role for the company, as Tyremax prides themselves on offering great Customer Service, offering local customers delivery of product within the hour of their order.

You will need to be efficient in your work ethic as timelines are a must to keep. You have couriers coming in with deliveries and pickups at certain times of the day, plus Tyremax also operate their own fleet of 7 vans, delivering to customers within the Lower North Island region daily.

You will have great attention to detail, as not only will you be stacking pellets in the warehouse in the correct allocated areas, you will be physically coordinating smaller orders manually. If you do not like heights, this is not for you!

You will be computer literate as from time to time you will be required to enter details into the inventory database, and will need to be using the computer system to efficiently complete orders in a timely manner.

You will need to be physically fit as manual lifting is required regularly, and you will also need to have a full class 1 drivers licence and a forklift licence. If you have had experience in fitting tractor tyres, this would be an advantage but not a must have.
