If you get a real buzz from helping people and have a natural ability to solve IT-related problems, then you may have just found your new role!
What an opportunity! You will be the first point of contact for all IT-related emails and calls from a nationwide staff of 500+, and will provide solution-based customer service. As each request is unique, you will be someone that takes ownership for the user request and is proactive when resolving issues. You will need bucket loads of initiative, be a REAL problem solver, and be someone that delivers time and time again. It will pay for you to be IT savvy when it comes to all things iPhone, iPad, laptop and computer, and for you to have an outstanding phone manner, as well as a high level of written communication skills.
The IT “pit crew” team will rely on you for administration support, so being a go-to person and someone that delivers on what they promise will best describe you. In return, you will get the opportunity to work for a great bunch who enjoy a laugh and will encourage you to learn and develop.
This position is full-time working 40 hours per week, 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.
